Mayhayley Lancaster, Legend of an Oracle

This documentary examines the life of clairvoyant Mayhayley Lancaster. She gained national fame by solving a murder case in 1948. To local people, she is viewed by some as a heroine and by others as a supernatural force to be feared, even in death. Many took her for a backwoods witch yet she was a highly-educated and brilliant progressive politician, lawyer, and businesswoman. She found missing items, animals and people and she made incredibly accurate predictions.
